JKR can provide mapping and assessment services to a company with its own specific training materials. This involves JKR mapping
these materials to the AQTF standard which establishes what units of
competency can be credited by JKR to your company. Some skills gap training
and assessment may need to be conducted to establish competency.
Traineeships
JKR also specialises in establishing and managing
Traineeships which are a nationally accredited qualification. Government
incentives and subsidies exist to facilitate the provision of
Traineeships.

Training Delivery
Training delivery is flexible and can be done in a number of modes, including any
combination
of the following:
- Face-to-face traditional delivery,
- Flexible work based delivery,
- Self-paced distance education,
- Multi-media presentations, or
- Assessment only mode.
